lifting 3 years, diagnosed with low t about 1 year ago. Trt for a little over A year now.
My goals for the cycle: I'll be aiming for a recomp. I know most people don't like to recomp, but I believe my bf% is too high to bulk, and I hate to cut. I believe if I end at 190-195 @ 12% I'd be happy.
I'm also focusing quite a bit on strength training as opposed to strict hypertrophy training.
Anyways, here's the layout
wks 1-12 150mg test c (trt dose), 250mg test e.
Trt dose 250iu hcg 2x a wk
Wks 1-14 .25mg adex day after injection (I don't take ai with my trt)
I'm keeping dosage low, because I'd like to make more progress then normal, but I don't want it to be too obvious. If that makes sense.
I'm open to suggestions and ideas. Gear won't be here for a couple of weeks.
