Best choice of Estrogen Blocker for my situation.

Hello, I'm 25 years old, I've been on testosterone cypionate for 2 years. I had my levels checked when I was 23, my numbers were 180 total testosterone. I started on 100 mg of testosterone cypionate per 2 weeks which obviously caused bad crashes, it was difficult finding a doctor who knew what they were doing. After a lot of research and question asking, I found a doctor who would prescribe 200mg per week of cypionate. Since then, I've also tried testosterone from other sources, including 250mg enthanate every 72 hours, though I found that it didn't agree with my body as well as cypionate did. I tried the 250mg every 72 hours for about 6 weeks, and have gone back to 200mg Cypionate every 72 hours and am feeling better on it. I got bloodwork done and on day 3 before my injection my levels were >1500 (It didn't give an exact number, just said >1500) total testosterone. My free testosterone said >48, max on the blood draw sheet was 25 (25 considered to be the high end) and my estrogen reference range was 40-115 and my total estrogen was 290. Also the reference range on the lab for total testosterone was 347-1197.

I have a feeling that my estrogen numbers are looking a bit high, and after being on testosterone for such a long period of time, I want to minimize as many negative effects as I possibly can. I was considering an estrogen blocker and was hoping to find information on which to use. I have potential access to all estrogen blockers, I just have to pick one and I've never taken one before so I know nothing about them other than what I've read. I don't know what would be best for my situation or long term use, if necessary. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
