whats going on everybody,
deciding to run another cycle, previously done 3 (test prop, test e/tbol/var, test prop/tren ace). its been a full year since my last cycle. Looking to lose body fat and add lean muscle.
stats:
6'3
240 lb
12 % bf
cycle:
weeks 1-5
TBOL @ 60mg/ED (can adjust, maybe taper up dose for 4 weeks)
weeks 3-10
TREN ACE @ 50mg/ED (potentially increase if need be)
weeks 1-12
TEST E @ 250mg/week (125mg twice a week)
Aromasin @ 12.5 EOD
Caber @ .5mg/twice a week (only using between weeks 3-10, when im using tren)
HCG i have on hand, may not use though because I recover fine without
PCT weeks 15-18
clomid @ 50mg
aromasin @ 12.5mg
Reason on why im running low test is because I want the tren to do most of the work. 250mg/week is basically to keep me at par and keep me running. I understand test e is longer ester, and tren ace is quicker, its just what I have on hand, and dont want to spend the extra cash.
Currently getting 3500 cals (390g protein, 290 carbs, 85 fat). Will increase 500 cals and start from there, will keep log of cals. Going for lean bulk.
What you guys think. Any input? Changes i should make?
