Hi guys my name is Spence and I am new to the site.



Quick bit about me, Im 24, 5ft10 and around 96kgs approx 22 %bf



Im looking to drop my body fat drastically. Ive just started lifting again and struggling for motivation for both training and eating clean. Any advice?



Im also very keen to run a cycle when the time is right.



I have a few questions if anyone could help would be great.



1. What is the best amount of body fat to have to start a cycle.

2. Best way to train to drop BF

3. Any diet tips.

4. Anyone recommend a fat burner?
