A simple Hi and any advice (whats new! ) :)

Hi



Just thought i would finally join after browsing for a few weeks........... :)



a bit about me



AGE – 42

Height – 5.7”

WEIGHT – 155LB

BF – 14-16

Trained for 3 years clean (6 years ago) then winstrol and deca in final year (stopped training due to work)

Currently back training for 1 yr

Dropped weight (lost 3 stone - Yes i got a little tubbsy :( !



Current Diet (lowish carb)

7am - Nutribullet shake - (4 egg whites, handful of nuts/seeds, 1 scoop protein (gold standard), 1 cup oats.

8-9am – 2x brown bread toast with peanut butter, 3 boiled eggs (whites only)

10.30am – 2 scoop protein shake

11am-1pm – 2 chicken breasts(or fish) with brown rice (pre-work)

GYM

4PM – Protein shake (2 scoops, 1 scoop dexstrose, 1 scoop creatine)

5pm – chicken / fish / steak with veggies etc

6pm – Nutribullet frozen fruit shake (berries / mango / kale etc)

7pm – protein bar or snack

Before bed – varies (light protein )



Training

5-6 days – 1-2hrs per day (Time dependant)





Looking at doin a 12 week cycle.......... (to add on some size and then diet afterwards)



Test E seems to be the way to go nowadays - I may want to add to this at week 4 (Its been a few years since my last cycle, but i was fortunate to not suffer any sides)



I will be taking liv and milk this (even though i will be injecting) from the start

PCT - Nova and clomid



I would really appreciate any advice on diet and maybe a better 12 week course? i personnaly dont think im eating enough (but it is around 2800 which is about right)





I wish i could be flamed for being too young :( - Ohhhh they were the days ! ... lol
