Old Man Looking for guidance

mercredi 8 avril 2015

Gentleman, I'm a 45 year old man with diabetes and high blood pressure that are both under control with medication. I worked out in high school and continued through 14 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, however after leaving the Corps about 12 years ago I quit working out. I have tried to start back to the gym, but after a few weeks and no visible improvements I get lazy and quit for a few weeks. I've been on TRT for the last 4 years, and feel that it has helped a little. I've been dealing with depression and PTSD due to service in Iraq, and need to get back in the gym to get myself straight. I've studied and read as much as I can on this site, but I still feel like I need advice and guidance. I'm still tweaking my diet, but feel like I'm on the right path as far as that goes. I was hoping to get some advice on what AAS I need to look for to get the results I want, as well as the post cycle tools.

6'2"

225 pounds

22% body fat

.5ml testosterone cypionate weekly

free testosterone 192

total testosterone 554

I'm wanting to cut fat, and put on mass. I would really like to stay at 225 without the body fat percentage I'm carrying. Any help is truly appreciated.
