Good testosterone levels but ectomorph: explanations?

vendredi 10 avril 2015

I recently had done bloods done for TSH T4 and testosterone. It's the fourth set I've had done in the last few months and the testosterone reading came back at 710 ng/dl, which is pretty good. As a natural ectomorph, it got me thinking about all my years of training and how muscle growth is typically slow. You could have a natural mesomorph with lower figures who gains just from looking at a dumbbell, whereas an ecto with higher test struggles. I know there are various reasons for this, but l thought I'd throw it out there for discussion.

Anyone else had the same experience?
