I'm starting to blow up... I can't get my gut under control... My diet is decent, but im eating like a ****ing power-lifter because of the EQ.
My training routine for years has been gym, heavy weights. eat when i'm hungry which is usually about 6 times a day, semi clean, i don't count my carbs i dont weigh foods... I'm a mess when it comes to dieting know nothing about it and could really use some ****ing help. Meat and vegetables - sweet potatoes and rice. are basically what i consume in a day, and i ****ing hate shakes....
If some one could work with me on a diet, and a better cardio routine i would be in there debt for life.
