I changed up my training day a little bit and had no rest day this week.
Trained chest 6 days ago then today again. Usually my rest day is the day before I train chest. All my lifts went down like a lot. I could barley even do dips today never mind my normal weighted dips.
Any one else ever have this happen? Think the change in days has to do with it or just an off day
