I've done ventro before with no issues. Now when I started cycle again i mess it up.
The pictures i find all over points me towards bone area, the leg or too high up. At the right side i can flex and find the Ventro (i guess) , painless and wonderful
but on me it seems to be closer to the bum than the pictures explain.
Left side I can't flex as much and make it much smaller and also a lot scarier. Last time i hit something that felt really weird, no pain or spasm just weird...
So does anything have any educational video in hand for self-injection. My girl tried but find it worse than me lol
