I saw a member post this in another thread:
"Syringe = 3ml
Extracting = 18 G x whatever
Injecting = 25 G x 1 (25x1.5 if u want glutes)
Insulin = 1cc, 28 G x 1"
My question is, wont using an 18G needle for extracting from the vial cause coring/perforation of the stopper after a while? Also I'm guessing that using a smaller needle just makes it take more time to draw into your syringe when loading the syringe?
And, do you need to change the needle after loading the syringe? I don't think I've ever had that done when receiving an injection in the past, just straight from the vial to the arm/glute IIRC.
Thanks in advance.
