I have been searching around this site for a while now. It looks like it has the most information and I have learned a lot. I started working out more seriously around 3.5 years ago after letting myself go after 8 years in the military. Over the last 2 years I have been lifting with a coach that has been awesome. He has been a great mentor in regards to technique and fitness. I am here to learn and better myself physically and mentally from those with wisdom to share. I am finding it hard to make gains, but after starting the 5X5 I am seeing results. The only supplements I have taken are protein and creatine.



I am 5'9", 30ish, 185ish.



Routine:



Sun, Tues, Thurs - Mehdi 5X5 and cardio

Mon, Wed, Friday - Strength and Conditioning

Sat - High Intensity Cardio
