Hi i am wanting to start using steroids i have never used before i have a bottle of isis pharmacy test 250 i want to just use the 250 first so dont tell me i need the 500 straight away i go to the gym 4 days a week and please no smart asses i want to just use 1ml a week as i dont waant many side effects any help anybody i dont really no what i am talking about so any help would be great
