Hey ? I'm a little power house. I am 5'1" and weighing in at 140 lbs. I am currently prepping for wpd. My diet has been off a lot lately because of stress...but I am trying to lower bf



I am running my first cycle of var



I am 18weeks from show.

7 days for cardio 45 mins in am 30 minutes in pm

Mon - chest

Wed - arms

Thu - shoulders

Fri - back

Sun - legs



I am hoping to hit national stage in 40 sometbig weeks.



Would love to get more informed on gear, so here I am ?
