Whats good everyone? just doing an introduction, 6'2'' 226lbs I recently cut down from 320lbs I used to be really into powerlifting and just being bulky I suffered from bigorexia lol srsly, I thought I looked good but didnt realize how overweight I had become I was so obsessed with strength gains and watching my arms go above 20inches. After a while though my joints started to deteriorate, cardiovascular was disappearing, and was becoming obese I decided it was time to put the ego aside and start getting into shape. Also for my son I want to live to see him grow because man there was times my heart would pump awkwardly even walking up 10 steps was hard to do and left me gassed but now im back at 226lbs in shape can see my abs and loving the skinny compliment lol I never want to go back above 240.
