I am currently a 30yr old 6'3" 230 lb former collegiate athlete. I had let myself go abit and have been running and lifting quite a bit for the last 6 months getting back in shape. I am looking for a program to basically trim BF% while maintaining strength. Flexibility is key for me as I play alot of golf. I have never used any performance substances and am not sure where to start. Hope to have some helpful info from all here. Thanks in advance.
Also just as a side note current diet is a Pre mixed muscle milk and a greek yogurt in morning. Salad with chicken for lunch. Protein with some kind rice or salad at night. Im still not really dropping much BF and not sure where to go next.
