25yo, gyno, balding, ED, prostate issues... What bloodwork should I be getting?

lundi 6 avril 2015

So my doctor has written a script for me to get blood work. On the list is Total Testosterone and Free Testosterone, and Cortisol (I asked for the cortisol).

But after I left the office It occurred to me that those results probably would not paint the whole picture of what's going on with my endocrine system.

Breakdown/timeline of my symptoms:

-I noticed some balding starting in summer 2014 while I was working a personal trainer job I was miserable at. I was going to school full time and working 35+ hours a week and I was just over worked, hated my coworkers, and totally unhappy.

-my boss told me I was no longer allowed to workout during certain hours which was a huge deal to me since I was a busy trainer with plenty of clients, and a full time student. Since I had no free time I had no time to workout. I stopped lifting and eating right became less of a priority

-I quit that job because I was so miserable

Since then I graduated but that's really when my symptoms got bad:

-after I quit I started balding at a much faster rate and the texture of my hair changed drastically

-erectile dysfunction and zero sex drive. Couldn't get it up even if I was in the mood

-I started having ejaculation issues. 100% of the time I have sex/masturbate I ejaculate but don't orgasm and I can keep going. When I finally do "orgasm" I feel almost nothing and I go soft immediately, and very little cum comes out

-finally, I noticed a very large amount of gyno under my right nipple which is very tender and painful. I also have some clear fluid leaking from both nipples

So my question is, what other blood work can I ask my doctor for to get a better idea of what's going on with my endocrine system?

Cycle history-

I did an 8 wk cycle of hdrol when I was 20, and when I was 21-22 I did 1 cycle of mdrol. I pct'd both times but after my first cycle I recovered poorly.

I haven't cycled anything since 22
