Not really a pct question but couldn't find where to ask

I have been taking test p 150mg eod and npp 100mg eod for 3 weeks. I had bloodwork done last week and my liver enzymes were very high. ast was 248 and alt was 196.... I have been taking fish oil and milk thistle and just started coQ10 as I read it can help. Is there anything else I can take to bring that down. My doctor kept blaming alcohol and acetominophen but I haven't touched alcohol in 2+ years and never take tylenol only naproxen if needed. I know i'm not getting medical opinion here but as some on here are veterans with steroids I value your opinion and advice.



Anything else I can do? and in anyone's opinion is this steroid related? Should I stop abruptly?
