Hi everyone!
I'm a 28-year old male from India. I've been working out for the last four and a half years all natural. I'm 155 pounds, 5'8" and around 12-15% body fat. I do amateur MMA and fitness promotion for a private company. I know I'm a pretty small guy but when I started I was just 125 pounds and put on around 30 pounds within two years (beginner gains of course). After that I've pretty much stayed at my weight for the last two years.
I'm looking for research and information on the forum before I start gear. I know what I want to do as my first cycle, but I want to know if I'm truly ready for it. I've read the stickies and posts for first timers so not going to ask any stupid questions as much as possible,
I'm hoping I'd get to learn whatever I can and get to be better shredded while staying healthy.
