Good morning all,
I am preparing to start my first peptide regiment. I will be starting with CJC1295 w/o dac and GHRP-6 twice daily morning and night at 50mcg each and IGF1-LR3 post workout at 50mcg. I will most likely increase dosage as my mental and physical comfort levels adjust.
I am currently 32 years old and have been working out regularly for years. Recently my interests have shifted from general fitness to bodybuilding, I've caught the itch and I want that titan form.
I go to the gym 5 to 6 times a week with 1 or 2 days typically being focused on cardio and postural efforts. Currently my nutrition is dialed in pretty well, I am still on the lower side of acceptable intake as I would like to reduce my body fat percentage further to really bring out the muscle I've developed.
My hope is that I can create a useful log for personal motivation and tracking as well as the benefit of the community. I would appreciate any advice on creating and maintaining an effective log of my efforts and regimens.
Currently I plan to track my weight, estimated body fat (caliper or handheld analyzer), my workout, my nutrition and my peptide regimens and dosages as well. Is there anything else that I should be monitoring and reporting short of blood work which unfortunately doesn't seem to be feasible at this time?
Thank you in advance for any advice you can give. I should note that I will be starting in the next day or two so timely responses are appreciated.
Regards,
Badblues
