Low T / Should I blast n cruise?

I have naturally low t. 200 range. Always the same pre n post cycle. As some of you know, low T sucks. For me the worst is being very lethargic between cycles. I do fine with my diet and maintaining gains. I'm 2 weeks out from my next cycle.



Should I just self prescribe a low dose of Test and HCG?

What are the risks? Would I be better off just going to the doc before I run my cycle? Will they test to see my levels later on after I start my cycle?

Sorry for the noob question.

Hey Guys... I was planning on using Tren for the first time in my next cycle... It will be my 3rd cycle...

Stats are : 30yo 6'3" 115kg (255lbs) around 15%bf

Not starting cycle for 3 months so will have plenty of time to get bf a bit lower...

Previous cycles were...



1st - 500mg Test e p/week 12 weeks

LDex as AI run up to PCT eod started at 0.25 and bumped up to 0.4 after mid cycle bloodwork.

HCG 500ius p/week up to PCT...

PCT week 14 standard Clomi / Nolva at 70/50/50/50 40/20/20/20

Bloodwork done Pre / Mid / Post



2nd - 600mg Test e p/week 12 weeks

30mg DBol ed first 4 weeks

Ldex as AI run up to PCT at 0.35 eod

HCG up to PCT

Standard PCT same as before at week 14.

Bloodwork done Mid / Post



Proposed cycle - Tren ace / Test prop 8 weeks.

Tren ace at 75mg eod and test prop at 50mg eod

PCT 3 days after last pin Standard as above.



I would like some opinions on the following...

Running Prami as DA at 0.5mg first few days then at 1mg up to PCT and NOT using an AI. Reason being the low dose of test and that Tren doesn't aromatise so no need.

OR

Running LDex throughout as I have done before and keeping Prami on hand. Reason being controlling E2 levels means you will have no prolactin sides so no need for Prami.

My source got in some trouble with the law(not gear related) but may not be available. Can I get a PCT from my doctor? Running 750mg of test c with 600 Deca a week. Still have about 3 1/2 weeks left.

Big Problem! Advice Please

Friday night I did a complete full body workout - I benched the heaviest I've ever benched, I did various pull ups (which I suck at), I did a core strength medicine ball routine, then I jogged pretty hard for 20 minutes.



Saturday morning, I wake up with a flu and have not been able to eat for a full day and a half.



I am sore, weak, lost all my strength and probably lost ten pounds. I still can't eat solids because I can't stop having diarreah. My back is killing me, obviously my body did not get a chance to rebuild after my intense workout, Ive clearly lost muscle mass and it looks like I've gained a bit of fat back. My bones hurt and it ached to walk yesterday because every muscle had been worked with no recovery.



What is the best way to go about this to go back to where I was? My intake is going to be much lower now that my stomach has shrunk so much, my strength is in the shitter etc.



Anyone have any idea?

Sus 250 depression/mood shift

Hello,



I am a 52 yr old male. I see a doctor who prescribes me Sus 250. I have 1/2 ml every second week. I have started it a few times but then it develops a pattern of depression and anxiety and i have to stop. At first its great but after only 4 or 5 weeks I start getting anxious as my work can be quite stressful and full on. I also start getting depressed quite badly. I thought Sustanon was meant to do the opposite..... Of course I like the fact that it helps me gain a bit of size at the gym and also better erections at first, but then this depression and anxiety starts which isn't fun at all. I have shifted to the dose to once a week but it still makes me more anxious and still flattens my mood.



Is it possible for some people to suffer depression from injecting even moderate amounts of testosterone like I am?

I 'd appreciate any help on this. Thanks!





Sus 250 depression/mood shift

Early morning trainers...breakfast advice.

I arrive at the gym at about 7.00am and i've been trying different things to improve my breakfast to get the best out of my workout. Normally for a 7.00am training session I will get up at 5.20 and have breakfast straight away, then have my shower and get dressed, etc.



Currently I have in the following order:



5 grams of creatine with water 250ml of water.

1 grapefruit

Half a cup of quick oats made with water and about 100ml of milk and 20 grams of WPI added to it.



I will then have about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I hit the gym.



I've never been a big breakfast eater and any more than this makes me feel too full to train well.



My theory behind the above meal is that it is low GI, has not processed sugar, has no little fat and gluten to slow digestion.



I'd be interested to hear what some other early morning trainers think of this breakfast and also what works well for you.



I'm not cutting.

so finally got my cycle plan up together, getting the goods monday so just thought id lay out my plan, diet, & training. will keep this post updated too. first time tren user too so looking forward to se what this bad boy brings.

test cyp 400mg every monday & thursday (200mg/ml)

trenbolone enanthate 200mg every monday & thursday (200mg/ml)

arimidex .5mg every other day

cycle will last me 10 weeks



training will be 2 days on 1 day off as below

day 1: chest & tricep

day 2: legs & bicep

day 3: rest

day 4: shoulders & tricep

day 5: back & bicep

day 6: rest

day 7: repeat



diet, keeping it pretty clean but not going to be calorie counting as such as this is a bulk, eating along the lined of 300g protein a day, 500g carbs and about 150-200g fats



goal for this cycle is some decent strength gains and good muscle gains. will also be having a dabble with slin this cycle but just post workouts.

reason for hitting arms each workout is thats the part thats lagging and with this split i can get away with it, training 40minutes a session, legs normaly about 50/60. in and out no messing. wish me luck :)

PLEASE help me...I cant walk

I did my Test E/Tren A shot last Friday from the same bottles I've been using now for weeks...My kids were here and I don't think I cleaned the stoppers or my skin real well with alcohol BC I was in a hurry. It was sore Sat and Sun but by Monday I could barely walk...it is not hot, neither am I(no temp), no red streaks, no red marks or any redness...just swollen and EXTREMELY painful. I went to Urgent Care Tues and told the Dr. the truth and she put me on Keflex and Bactrim but its now Sat and I am still in immense pain...My friend says BC I have a lot of scar tissue(been using for almost 20yrs) the crystals probably fell out of the oil and it will go away...still no fever and the area looks the same its just hard to walk and I definitely can't train...please help me

I've been on a lean, non AAS bulk for the past 5 weeks and I've managed to gain 1.5kg but the last two weeks my weight has stagnated and i'm not sure why? I'm hitting my macros/calorie needs, so how should I up the calories -an extra carb meal? More protein?

Hey guys, I want to start cutting for 3 months



My stats are:

230lbs (105kg)

22% BF

Male

Endomorph



I'm aiming for 2000 calories a day, 125g Carbs (25%), 225g Protein (45%, too low?), 67g Fat (30%)



I'm looking to loose been 2+lbs (~1KGS) a week

I am not including my 4x resistance workouts a week, and walking 3x a week in the calorie totals, so i guess some days my expenditure will be less than 2000



Does that look alright? My TDEE is 2468

Anyone have any advice for me?

I'd like to shed about 15-20kg in the 12 week period because I go overseas



My main concern is the protein, is that too low? And is the fats not high enough? Anyone have any strategies that minimises muscle loss?

Erase Pro, experiences, opinions?

I've come across this supplement erase pro, and as always it promises the world. It is essentially an AI, and a lot of reviews say it's very potent, useful for PCT and a great cutting aid.



The ingredients really do not indicate anything significant, and it's legal and able to be sold in Australia so this immediately leads me to believe it's basically useless.



Ingredients:

Sodium D-Aspartic Acid

Agmatine Sulphate

Abieta-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid

Boerhaavia diffusa (Punarnava)

Uncaria Tomentosa (Cats Claw)



It supposedly helps with hardness, dries you out and increases vascularity.



I'm curious if anyone has had experiences with this 'erase pro' or have opinions on it as a cutting aid.



I ask because I'm running Albuterol soon, and this looks like a fun supplement to add.

Test Tren Eq 3rd cycle: Help

Hey Friends,*

I am looking for advise for my 3rd cycle. First past history -

* Lifting from past 8 years. Started taking supplements from 5 years.*

* Currently 5' 11''.. weight 80 Kg, 180 pounds. 11.5% bf. Age 29. Turning 30.

* First cycle in Feb 2011 . 10 weeks 400 mg Test and 250 mg deca. Majorly Bulking and cutting in end. Gained decent size. Side effects: Moon face and Acne on back and shoulder. No hairloss from cycle though I am prone to hair loss.

* Second cycle in Sep 2012. 500 mg Test E 13 weeks. Mainly cutting. Gained lean muscles while cutting bf from 11% to 7.5%. Side effects: Severe Acne but mainly on upper back and hands. Very emotional days in PCT and after. No hairloss or major moonface.*

Had AC shoulder injury in April 2013. So left away from lifting for long. Lost all gains. *Now lifting light. Still not 100% comfortable.*

Now planning to run 3rd cycle. Aim is to make lean gains while cutting fat to 8%.

Week 1-5 - Sustanon 500 mg a week with front loading 500 mg in first shot.

Week 6-12 - Test E 250 mg a week.

Week 1-4 Anadrol or Dbol. Advise?*

Week 1-10 Equipoise 400 mg a week or Deca 250 mg a week. Mainly for shoulder healing and some anabolism.

Week 6-10 Tren A 75 mg. Every other day. cabergoline 1 mg a week. Advise?*

I will be running Glucosamine Chon. MSM and Fish oil 3 mg for joints.

Liv 52 and Vit E, Pottassium, Chromium along the cycle.

Arimidex 0.25 mg everday from week 2 till PCT.

PCT: 17 days after last shot. Clomid, Nolvadex for 4 weeks. Would like to get advise on dosage.*

PCT additional: Tribulus, Ginseng, creatine and D Aspartic Acid after PCT.

Also, would like to get advise on usage of HCG for the cycle.*Dosage?

Low-dose oral cruise on TRT?

I have finally been placed on TRT 2 weeks ago ( 2.5 mg ED of Androderm) Doing this for 4 months, BW to be done then, and then DR will adjust if needed. I will be moving to Test C or U at that time. Good, bad or ugly, any thoughts on a 10mg ED dose of Dianabol along wit the TRT? thanks
