I have just started using steriods, I have been taught how to inject so there is no problem there, but I am injecting in my arse and I literally cannot sit down, touch it or train! Could someone help me out. My mates say it hurts them all but I can't imagine it hurts them as much as this is hurting me I have nearly had to have time off work
