Increased pump

So I just took my 5th injection last night--hit a nerve but that's a different story.



I'm on Testoviron a mix with a long and short ester, for the first week I felt nothing which I guess is to expected, but on the 2nd week I feel that I can lift more weight, I've increased by an average of 5kg on my sets.



Now it's only in the 2nd week I've noticed this--is this all in my head or would the test of kicked in by now?
