First Tren Cycle

dimanche 19 avril 2015

I am 36 and have been lifting for about 10 years. I have ran two cycles in the past. The first one was a Test E 500mg/wk only cycle and then I did a Test E and Deca cycle with dbol for the first 3 weeks about a year later. It's now been about 4 years and am looking to gear up again. Since I have been out of the game for a bit I am looking for advice for my first tren run.

First, here are my stats:

5'9"

200 lbs.

15% bf

This is my proposed cycle:

Week 1-10: Test E 250mg/wk

Week 2-10: Tren A 75mg ED

Caber .5mg EW

Adex 1mg E3D

pct:

Clomid: 100/75/50/25

I appreciate any advice. I am looking at Gen-Shi labs.

First Tren Cycle

Some clarification on first cycle/pct

Hey guys,

I've been browsing these forums for quite some time now. Finally think I'm ready to begin my first cycle after seriously weighing my reasons. Some background: I've been working out since I was 16 - very consistent throughout high school, not so much thru college until my final year. But this past year I've made serious lifestyle changes. My diet is in check, I eat very clean (organic whole foods), and spare no expense for quality here. Every morning I detox and fast, begin feeding around 3-4pm is best for me, minus my pre workout and whey protein which is about an hr pwo. My training has dramatically changed as well. I used to do more of a bodybuilding style, but have really simplified things. Basically goes chest - legs - back - delts/arms -legs again. Higher reps, short intense sessions.

My problem and main reason (I have many reasons but this is a lengthy post and I don't want to write a novel) is I want to be able to do more. I like to workout every day, at least to some degree, and not only do I get burned out, but I feel like my body simply can't digest and assimilate the extra food in order to grow. Especially since I prefer to fast during the day so Im consuming all my calories from ~4-10pm. If I don't, and i eat more frequently, not only do I feel tired, sluggish and cognitively impaired, but I lose my appetite completely.

My stats: I'm 24 years old. about 6'1 180 pounds, very lean, can't provide an accurate bf% as I've never been tested (I've always been quite "light," a lot lighter than I think I look, idk small joints or something).

I got some testoviron (test e) I'm planning on running a 12 week (250mg, 2x/week) cycle. I honestly want to keep everything as basic and only as necessary as possible, meaning I don't want to be taking many supplemental substances. I don't want to run hcg on cycle, nor do I want to run arimidex, altho I did get my hands on both just in case. I also have clomid and nolva. I want to run both clomid and nolva pct, no AI, no hCG preceding my pct etc. My questions are the dosing and routine for my pct. Ive read a lot of different approaches and want to know what is best for my beginner/moderate cycle? Originally I just wanted to do one and try the other next time around, but now I think I want to use them both. I read about people alternating clomid/nolva week to week, or even day to day? Any suggestions on the most non-bs simple but effective way to go? I feel like with stickies and guides I've read it seems quite generalized, so I'm also uncertain about dosage. For example, there seems to be a range in dosage from what I've gathered (e.g., for clomid, some say begin pct at 150mg, others 100mg, etc).

Any and all advice is greatly appreciated :)

sorry for the long ass post I always think some background info is good hehe ;)

Acne

I have been using steroids for a year now and developed bad acne on shoulders and back, what can i do about this problem

Acne

I need help coming off a long first cycle.

I'm 33 6'2 275lbs

I have never used steroids prior then I started at a mens clinic shooting test Cypionate 200ml a week followed by 1mg of arimidex the day after the shot.

After 6 months someone at the gym suggested I was getting ripped and convinced me to try some anabolics. For about 3 months I shot test 400 and tren every 3 days for about 3 months (one CC of each). Then I switched to sustain 250 taking 1 CC every 3 days for about 2 months.

I went on vacation and decided that it was time to give my body a break so I decided to stop cold turkey. My plan was to wait 3 weeks and start on of those over the counter post cycle therapies herbal test booster and herbal liver care and herbal estrogen blockers.

So after about a month of no test I started waking up in the middle of the night drenched in sweat, couldn't sleep, foggy brain function, feeling disconnected, mind racing, heavy anxiety, panic attacks.

Everyone was giving me different advice. It got so bad that I decided to shoot back up. I took tren 250ml on the first day, then I took test 400 (200ml) the next day, the 2 days later I took an other 200mls of test 400. I have mellowed out some my doctor suggests weening me off slowly and gave me 200ml's of test cypionate all in the same week. An hour after the shot I had a massive panic attack. Then have just been really lethargic the last 3 days my my mind seems sharper.

Should I ween off slowly with the cypionate and just reduce the dosages or stop cold turkey. I was out of my mind before I shot back up and I can't continue going on like that.

I need help. I don't know what to do anymore.

Is it ok to inject this IM?

Does any one know if its ok to injecting gear, hcg and m2 intramuscular mixed in one syringe? So unnecessary to inject both im and sub q ed.

Time to get serious- Calculated my TDEE and macros please help!

A little background information- I am 25-soon to be 26, 6'2" 220lbs and I estimate my body fat to be around 18%. I work out 3 days a week and play a sport once a week. I work a pretty active job (mechanic) 5-6 days a week. When I calculated my TDEE I chose the "moderate" activity level. If I was wrong in doing that please correct me. According to the TDEE formula on this site, my TDEE is 2,726 cals. My goal here is to lose some body fat. I would like to try to get down to around 12%. My current diet is as follows:

Meal 1:

1 1/2 cups oats 450cal/15pro/81carb

1 cup egg whites 125cal/25pro/5carb

1 scoop whey 120cal/24pro/3carb

Total: 695 cals / 64g protein / 89g carbs

Meal 2:

60z chicken (weighed cooked) 240cal/54pro/0carb

2 cups rice (measured cooked) 340cal/8pro/76carb

Total: 580 cals / 62g protein / 76g carbs

Meal 3:

6 whole eggs 420cal/36pro/0carbs

1 large baked sweet potato (~300g) 180cal/4pro/41carb

Total: 600 cals / 40g protein / 41g carbs

Meal 4:

2 cups oats 500cal/20pro/108carb

2 cups egg whites 250cals/50pro/10carb

1 scoop whey 120cal/24pro/3carb

Total: 870 cals / 94g protein / 121g carbs

My totals for the day are: 2,745 cals. / 260g protein / 327g carbs.

I have almost completely cut out sugary drinks from my diet. I drink mostly water and crystal light. I will sometimes substitute salmon or tilapia as my source of protein for meals 2 or 3. But they are all very similar in macros. I will have a rice cake or some low fat peanut butter as a small snack if I get hungry. And I allow myself one cheat meal a week. Im not sure if I should go any lower on the calories because my job is pretty physical and involves a lot of walking and moving all day. I have been on this diet for almost 3 weeks now and I would appreciate any input or advice.
